When you commission me, you accept these terms and conditions

Ways to contact me
You can message me directly on Twitter or Facebook. Tell me everything you want about your commission: characters, poses, backgrounds, descriptions... Everything is welcome! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me.
Payment method and condition
I accept payments through PayPal. Before starting with the commission, full payment in advance is required. If you can't pay everything, we can talk and agree on half upfront and the other half before delivering the drawing.
Rules
The artwork remains my property, so I have the right to use it as a sample in my portfolio and social media, always giving credit to the character owner. If you don't want me to publish your drawing, please let me know.
The commission cannot be used commercially without discussing corresponding royalties beforehand.
If you cancel the commission once it has started, I keep half of the total money as compensation for the time lost.
I don't offer refunds unless it's my fault and I don't deliver the drawing. If you change your mind or don't like it, I can't refund the money, but I can fix what you don't like.
If I design something by commission and don't receive full payment, I can sell the design as my own.
I accept certain modifications at no additional cost, but any major or additional changes will be charged according to complexity and time required to make them. After the delivery of the finished drawing, you have a maximum of 7 days to request more changes.
The initial sketch will have unlimited changes up to a certain point.
